1. The installation position, height, etc. of the equipment box shall meet the design requirements. When there is no design requirement, it shall be installed in a more concealed or safe place. The bottom margin shall be 1.4m from the ground.
2. When installed, it should be designed according to the design position, fixed with expansion bolts, the box should not be tilted horizontally.
3. When concealed, the box should be close to the surface of the building. It is strictly forbidden to use electric welding or gas welding to weld the box together with the embedded pipe. The locker box is fixed with the lock.
1. The power box is usually installed on the inner wall of the anti-theft iron door. It should not be too far away from the electric control lock, generally within 8m. The power supply must not be placed upside down or sideways during normal operation.
2. Installation of the door host. The door console is usually embedded in a security door or a wall box. The bottom margin of the host should not be higher than 1.5m. The operation panel should be facing the visitor and be easy to operate. The installation should be solid and reliable, and should ensure the effective viewing angle range of the camera lens.
Outdoor intercom door when the host is installed. Between the host and the wall to prevent rain into people, use glass glue to block the gap, the host installation height is 1.5m from the camera to the ground.
3. Indoor unit installation. The indoor unit is generally installed on the wall inside the entrance of the room, and the installation height center is 1.3-1.5m away from the ground. The installation should be firm and reliable, and it should not be tilted straight.
4. The networked (visual) intercom system's bamboo machine should be installed in the monitoring center or in the community's duty room. The installation should be solid and reliable.
1. Before wiring, check the insulation between the wires and the wire-to-ground insulation of the already installed cables. Only after the wire is qualified can the wires be terminated according to the wiring diagram of the equipment.
2. The intercom host uses special connectors and cables for connection. The crimp connection shall be firm and reliable. The terminals shall be numbered according to the drawings. Equipment and cable shields shall be crimped to protect the ground. The grounding resistance shall meet the design requirements.
After we install the entire building intercom equipment, we must carry out debugging and comprehensive inspection. If there is a mistake in wiring, it may cause the entire system to not work properly. Including the power cord connection, if there is a short circuit, it may cause serious fire.
